The Mountain Buggy Duo - A Review
The Mountain Buggy Duo is a luxurious double pushchair offering everything that an active, growing family needs. Mountain Buggy are renowned for their ultra practical and durable all terrain pushchairs and their double stroller doesn't disappoint. It provides the same excellent off road ride as its single cousin as well as being a flexible and versatile double buggy. With its high tensile aluminium frame it's also both lightweight and highly durable and sturdy.
Both of the seat units are suitable from birth right up to 5 years and you can convert the Mountain Buggy double to a pram for either twins or one baby by attaching either one or two single carrycot units, or the delightful double carrycot unit, which allows your twins to stay close and enjoy their journeys together.
Each seat, complete with a 5 point safety harness and generous padding, reclines independently, from upright to flat and has its own sun canopy, so you can ensure both of your children are completely comfortable. And the wipe clean fabric means you don't need to worry about all the little spills and messes that babies inevitably create. Another handy little feature is the pocket on the back of the seat unit for storing essential bits and bobs.
One of the major advantages of the Mountain Buggy double is its small size - fully assembled it's only 73cm in width, so it fits comfortably through a standard doorway and can be easily manoeuvred around shop aisles. It also has a quick and simple two step folding mechanism, with a fold lock, so it's easy to transport and put together on the go.
The ride you get with the Mountain Buggy twin is exactly what you would expect from a Mountain Buggy.
