I should have added--do you think train stations need to put up fences or even out their platforms? It looked like the platform was uneven and that's what caused the stroller to roll.
I don't understand why everyone is always so quick to judge the mother. (Not that you are, I'm just saying so.) There have been times when I have forgotten about putting the brakes on a stroller. Of course the stroller went 2 inches and then I grabbed it and put the brakes on, so nothing bad happened. It's not her fault. Accidents do happen. Now, if it happens a second time, lol, then she should probably have child services on her a**. I'm sure she's extremely thankful that the baby only had a bump/ a few bruises.
