I have to admit, when it comes to children and childrens big accessories, I fancy Graco a lot. They do make great products.
My wife and I - spent a lot of time researching strollers and car seats before buying. We wanted a car seat with a good reputation, like Graco or Britax, and finally got one. I have used Graco car seats for over four years now, and still love it. I have not had any issues, of getting in or out of my vehicle, or any problems with the handle. I like the detail about - one button fix - push a button and pull out the straps for easier and more comfortable entry for baby, and then pull the strap to tighten it back up. Great and flexible detail.
I guess, this makes it safer in itself, since you adjust the tightness every time you use it for new clothes.
The Graco quattro stroller is kind of bulky, but not heavy indeed.
One great detail about this product, is the under storage basket. The basket is large and convenient, but id doesn't always fold down easily to get the items in the stroller, when the baby sleeps. There are cup holders and storage areas for parents, and even a wipes compartment.
I ordered this stroller from Amazon after looking at other stores. Amazon's price is the best price. Saved me more than $100 compared to other online market places. Shipped very quickly.
It was very easy to put together, even at a stressful evening. Very modern looking and great for either a boy or a girl. Highly recommended.
This is one of the best travel systems that I have seen to children. The material is soft all over, not rough like some cheaper models and the stroller is large, but fits in the back of a station car.

Which double stroller?
Hi, I have 22 month old(29lbs) and 3 month(17lbs) old boys. I will be soon a single mom. I am short and not very strong. I wont exactly be jogging but I will be walking a lot.
I am looking for a double stroller that will last a long time, which is not too big for me and easy to fold and keep in my miniwan. I saw the below:

Well, none of those will be able to be used in your car, as they're jogging strollers and will need to be taken apart and assembled to fit in the car. I'd go with a Maclaren double stroller (side by side). It will last awhile and folds really well.
Since you're small, another option would be to get the Phil and Ted Sport Buggy and convert the bottom basket to a second seat (they have the adapter). It'll take up the space of a single stroller, so it will be much easier to maneuver.
